About Just JimJams
Hi, I’m Sarah, founder and creator of Just JimJams Sleepovers & Celebrations South Yorkshire.
I’m a mum to Annabelle and Charlotte, my biggest inspirations and the creative spark behind many of our magical themes. With my husband Carl cheering me on (and kindly tolerating a house full of party equipment!), Just JimJams truly is a family-built dream.
The idea began in June 2019, when I started searching for a business that would fit around family life once my youngest started school. Then I discovered luxury sleepover parties – and instantly fell in love. By September 2019, Just JimJams was launched, and I haven’t looked back since.
When Coronavirus temporarily paused celebrations, I refused to let the magic stop. Instead, I adapted – creating Covid-secure experiences, from contactless garden parties to themed bell tent staycations, bringing adventure, imagination and excitement right to families’ back gardens. From jungle adventures to chic, girly glam sleepover experiences, it’s been a joy turning outdoor spaces into unforgettable moments.
As celebrations changed, so did Just JimJams. With smaller gatherings becoming more popular, I introduced new concepts like the Luxe Picnics, adding elegance, creativity and a sprinkle of fairy-tale magic to intimate parties. And to finish off the styling we adapted and started Balloons to help keep all your party needs in one place.
In September 2021, Just JimJams was awarded Highly Commended – New Business of the Year at The Sheffield Star Small Business Awards. A huge honour for a small business built with love, passion and a whole lot of sparkle!
Today, I continue to dream up new ways to help families celebrate. Because every child deserves a party that feels truly special – and every parent deserves a stress-free, beautifully styled experience.

There was only one theme my daughter wanted for her 11th birthday sleepover and it had to be our magical Wizardry theme. Even though they binge watched twilight 🤣 though we mixed it up making it pretty with the lace teepees!
Happy Birthday manager Charlotte 🎉 we are currently.in London having two days Dorking out on Harry Potter but before we went I obviously made her some birthday balloons!
Good morning campers! Check out our Superhero party from yesterday 🦸Ruben had an awesome time posing with his friends in front of our cityscape! His parents had set up a dressing up corner for all his friends to dress up with him. We used colours from Rubens favourite Avenger - Thor to decorate the room with.

I'm going to be away Wednesday and Thursday this week as it's my Charlotte's birthday and we are off to London to have two Harry Potter filled days!

There's no grey clouds at this house today! Because they have our stunning tropical theme to chase the grey dreary days away! Ani asked for a tropical neon theme so I included a few bits from the glow party theme and the UV light - I can't wait to find out how it all looked glowing last night!
